The August winds carried the lingering heat of late summer while embodying the team's shared aspirations. From August 8th to 10th, Xinxing Gear organized 140 employees to embark on a three-day team-building extravaganza at Wulong Fairy Mountain. Through canyon explorations, forest oxygen inhalation, Folk custom experience, and gathering under the starry sky, participants released stress amid emerald mountains and crystal waters. Gather strength amid laughter and joy, etching this journey into memories as a heartwarming chapter. 

Exploring the valley, and first meetting the grandeur of Wulong

On the first day of the team-building activity, participants set out with high expectations, heading straight for Longshui Gorge. Winding through the canyon's steep cliffs carved by nature's sculpting power, they marveled at cascading waterfalls and rushing springs that seemed to flow from the rock faces themselves. The staff alternated between capturing stunning photos and helping each other navigate slippery paths, laughter and joy around them all the way, and the sense of strangeness gradually melted away in the joint exploration.

The evening's highlight was undoubtedly the live performance "Impression Wulong". Nestled in a canyon at 1,000 meters above sea level, with mountains as the backdrop and starry skies as the ceiling, the cast vividly recreated historical memories of Bashu culture through their masterful performances, including the Chuanjiang chant and the culture of boat trackers. As the powerful chant echoes through the canyon and the lights illuminate the ancient footprints carved into the cliff, every attendee was profoundly moved. Even after the performance concluded, the audience remained captivated, marveling at the soul-stirring impact of this visual feast.

Singing in the forest, intoxicated by the poetry of the grassland

The next day's journey began at Fairy Mountain Forest Park. Known as the "Southern Pasture", this scenic area boasts expansive alpine meadows and dense forests. Taking a small train to shuttle through the forest, visitors enjoy views of grazing cattle and sheep outside the windows, while distant peaks emerge and fade into the misty clouds – creating an enchanting fairy-tale atmosphere.

Upon reaching the core area of the grassland, everyone shed their fatigue and embraced nature. Some employees lay on the grass, gazing up at the sky to savor moments of tranquility; others took photos in small groups, capturing youthful snapshots within this emerald landscape. Sunlight filtered through leaves, casting dappled shadows as people ran and laughed across the meadow, releasing work-related stress.

That afternoon, the company organized a flexible schedule with free time and departmental dinners, allowing teams to explore Fairy Mountain's charm according to their preferences. Some departments chose to visit the Three Natural Bridges, while others engaged in fun team-building games on the grassland to further enhance team cohesion. After dinner, everyone gathered for evening chats, sharing workplace anecdotes and experiences. The cool mountain breeze carried whispers of daily adventures, creating an intimate atmosphere that brought colleagues closer together.

Folk carnival, freeze the warmth of the team

On the final day of the team-building activity, a lively Miao ethnic "High Mountain and Flowing Water" banquet brought the occasion to its climax. Dressed in traditional Miao attire, young women served rice wine while toasting employees in a unique "High Mountain and Flowing Water" ritual. Melodious Miao songs accompanied laughter and cheers that echoed through the night. Gathered around tables, participants savored authentic Miao cuisine and shared their reflections on the experience. Many employees remarked that such folk custom experiences not only enabled everyone to feel the charm of Miao culture, but also deepened the bonds among team members.

With mountains and rivers as companions, the future is promising

The three-day team-building program was brief yet fulfilling. From the perilous cliffs of Longshui Gorge to the vast expanse of Fairy Mountain, from the breathtaking visuals of "Impression Wulong" to the heartwarming Miao ethnic banquet, every landscape bore the footprints of Xinxing Gear team. Each memory witnessed the team's growth. This initiative not only allowed participants to unwind in nature but also deepened mutual understanding and strengthened team cohesion through interactive activities.

In the future, the Xinxing Gear family will carry this unity and enthusiasm, devote themselves to work in a more full state, and write a new chapter of the company's development together.
